International digital-government advisory

For ministries, digital agencies and donor-funded programmes in the Middle East, North Africa and francophone Africa that need e-government platforms, interoperability or identity planned and procured well. We bring Swiss practice in architecture, procurement and project governance and work in French, Arabic and English. Engagements are scoped on request, from a two-week review of a programme or proposal to an architecture framework with a capability programme.
