Who you work with
Bit2Board is principal-led: Faysal Cherradi scopes, leads and signs off every engagement himself. He began as a software developer in 2008, moved into architecture and transformation consulting, and today leads the architecture of an e-government platform shared by nine Swiss cantons. If an engagement needs additional specialists, the proposal names them, and they work under the same confidentiality terms.

- EU AI Act after the Digital Omnibus: what Swiss companies must do, and by when The Digital Omnibus on AI, Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, has been in force since 27 July 2026. It moves the high-risk obligations to 2 December 2027 for Annex III systems and to 2 August 2028 for AI in regulated products, but leaves the prohibitions, the transparency duties and the reach beyond the EU in place. Swiss companies that sell AI into the EU should use the extra time to classify, document and test, not to wait.

Bit2Board Consulting GmbH is an independent IT advisory in Baar, Switzerland. We design enterprise, integration and identity architecture, carry out technical due diligence for software acquisitions, guide EU AI Act compliance, review HERMES project documentation and prepare IT tenders. Every engagement is led by Faysal Cherradi.
Who are your clients?

What does an engagement cost?
Fixed-price starting points begin at CHF 2,900 for a HERMES quick check. Larger engagements are quoted at a fixed price per package after a short clarification; ongoing roles such as a fractional CTO are monthly retainers. All prices on this site are indicative and exclude VAT.

Do you work remotely and outside Switzerland?
Yes. Most work is done remotely, with workshops on site in Switzerland where they help. We work in German, English, French and Arabic, for clients in Switzerland and the EU and, for digital-government programmes, in the Middle East and North Africa.
