Vendor and contract governance after award
When a supplier misses milestones, payments no longer match visible progress or acceptance keeps slipping, we restore control. We compare the contract, plan and deliverables with what has really been delivered, set measurable acceptance criteria and evidence-based reporting, and prepare the decisions for your steering committee. A health check takes 2–3 weeks and starts at CHF 9,500; ongoing governance is a monthly retainer.
You need this if
- Milestones slip, yet every status report is green.
- You pay for effort but cannot measure the output.
- Acceptance tests keep being postponed, or end without a clear decision.
- Several suppliers blame each other for problems at the interfaces.
- Change requests pile up and nobody knows the real scope any more.
- You need facts before an escalation or a contract decision.

Why Bit2Board
- As technical project lead of an inter-cantonal e-government programme, Faysal Cherradi coordinates several suppliers at once, and he has worked on supplier management and productivity analysis as a transformation consultant.
- Architecture background: we can judge whether a deliverable is technically complete, not only whether it was delivered.
- Neutral: no commercial ties to integrators or software vendors.
How we use AI
- AI reconciles contracts, change requests, plans and reports and highlights where they diverge.
- Conclusions about a supplier's performance are drawn by people, with the evidence attached.
- Supplier documents are treated as confidential under your contract with that supplier.
Questions
Can you act as the independent quality assurance of our project?
Yes, as long as we have no relationship with the suppliers concerned. We disclose any earlier contact before we start.
Do you take over the project management?
Usually not. We strengthen your control of the supplier. If you need an interim technical project lead, we can discuss it as a separate mandate.
Do you also work for suppliers?
Not on the same project. On other projects, integrators engage us to review their deliverables before they hand them over to the client.
What do you need to start?
The contract with its annexes, the latest plan and status reports, open change requests and acceptance records. Read access to the project repository helps.
